We collect as little as we need, and only to reply to you.
Who we are
Wavsy is a two-person web studio in Sofia, Bulgaria. We decide how the data you send us is used.
What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, company if you give it, email and/or phone, project type, and your message. If you write to us by email, we receive what you send. From the careers form: name, email, phone if you give it, where you are, LinkedIn if you give it, how you want to work, and your story. You do not upload a CV on the site.
How we use it
Only to answer you — usually within 2 calendar days — and to do the work if we start a project together. We use an application only to decide whether to talk, and for those conversations.
Who we share with
We do not sell your data. If you send the enquiry through WhatsApp, the message is opened there and follows WhatsApp’s own terms. Viber opens a chat without sending the form. An application is sent to our email through FormSubmit. We do not keep it in a database on the site.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry while we handle it, then delete it, unless we work together and need it for the project. An application stays in the inbox while the conversation is open. If we do not continue, we delete it.
Cookies
This site uses only cookies needed for it to work. No marketing cookies. We count visits anonymously with Umami, which uses no cookies and stores no personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or to limit how we use it. Write to us. You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria.
